I’ve tried the calm and the sleep so far. I toss and turn at least 7 times a night easily. I rubbed the sleep into my palms and inhaled deeply . I love the smell I kept inhaling it over and over. I slept so deeply I don’t remember tossing or turning. I usually sleep 8 hours and I slept 10. So to make sure I did this routine 3 nights in a row and slept 10 hours .
